Aimco is seeking a seasoned Property Management Executive to oversee all aspects of onsite operations at the luxurious Calhoun Beach Club Apartment Homes in Minneapolis, MN!

This dynamic leader is responsible for all property operations including input on full P&L budgetary oversight, driving leasing, occupancy, customer service and profitability goals. 

Among other duties, you would be responsible for:

  • Success achieving clearly defined metrics surrounding NOI, Customer Satisfaction, ADO and other objectively set metrics. 
  • Leading a team of Leasing Consultants to sell value and close prospective residents at above market rates.
  • Maintaining a high – level of property excellence in a dynamic environment where decisions may be decentralized.
  • Motivating and managing site – level teams dedicated to customer satisfaction and resident retention, including on-site maintenance team. 
  • Collaborating with internal teams to drive property goals, including Property Finance, Construction and Redevelopment leaders, Marketing, Commercial Income, and Risk Management among others.
  • Interfacing with and managing commercial tenants.
  • Regularly interfacing with and hosting Aimco Senior Executives on-site.
  • Living our cultural values in a dynamic 24x7 community and being the brand guardian for one of Minneapolis’ landmark buildings.. 
  • Collaborating with Construction Management through an active and dynamic construction project schedule.

You should have:

  • At least 8 years in property management with increasing responsibilities AND
  • At least 4 years overseeing a sales and service team in a high-rise, large, luxury building OR
  • At least 3 years in a regional manager or similar position
