Job Description
We are looking for an Accountant.

Accountants performs various data gathering, tracking, and record keeping; financial forecasting, budgeting, and planning; preparing of financial schedules, statements, and reports. Accountants also prepare financial schedules, statements, and reports for accounting functions. They review accounting statements for accuracy, including balance sheet statements, profit and loss statements, consolidated statements, audited financial statements and related footnotes, and other accounting statements and reports. They adjust statements as necessary.

Accounts perform related accounting and financial analyses in one or more financial areas including auditing, budgeting, general accounting, and program cost control and scheduling. They provide service to internal and external customers in areas such as cashflow analysis, reconciliation, workpaper preparation, and financial analysis and reporting.  They apply accounting concepts, theories and principals to develop solutions to problems, and adhere to FASB guidelines and other regulations in the performance of duties.  Accountants process payments and records accounting activity and transactions in financial areas such as real estate, debt, taxes, and insurance.

Are you the right person for the job?
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field. At least 2 or more years experience.
  • CPA Preferred. Advanced Excel skills. Knowledge of Microsoft Office. Peoplesoft and Hyperion Essbase experience a plus. Ability to organize and perform multiple tasks in a fast paced environment.
