Aimco is looking for a Customer Service Specialist to join the team at the Shared Service Center.
The Customer Service Specialist communicates with residents at the time of their rent renewal. They also manage all administrative tasks of the renewal process. Great communication skills, both written and verbal, are needed so that we can provide excellent customer service to both the residents and team members.
Essential Job Functions:
Supports residents during the move-out process, which may include notice to vacate and resident transfers. Manages resident lease renewal process including finalizing renewal leases with the resident via phone and internet. Monitors resident retention. Responsible for lease renewal notification and timely resident notice to renew or vacate.
Qualifications: Excellent customer service and organizational skills. Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
