Aimco is searching for a Multi-Site Community Manager for our Tremont Apartments in Atlanta, GA

Aimco is searching for a Senior level Community Manager at a property of 475+ units with supervision of 3+ full-time employees (ie LM, RRM, SM, ST, LC).  Responsible for the property budget, increasing revenue, and achievement of operational and financial goals.  Manages leasing and maintenance personnel, facilitates leasing activities, revenue growth, resident satisfaction as well as adherence to legal standards and company policies. 
To keep our communities running, and keep our residents feeling at home you will need to:
  • Manage team performance in sales, customer service, and asset management
  • Provide training, feedback and coaching where appropriate to enhance team members’ skills and development
  • Successfully execute the balancing of lease renewals and new customer attraction to optimize revenue and average daily occupancy at your community
  • Market your community to attract potential residents
  • Successfully manage the community budget
  • Manage vendor relationships
  • Manage team schedules to the business needs
  • Work closely with the service team to maintain the physical condition of the property and identify potential community enhancements to ensure an attractive property where value is evident
Qualifications to keep our communities running:
  • Experience in financial and people management from property or apartment management, hotel, hospitality, restaurant, etc.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • The ability to demonstrate excellent customer service and inspire your team to follow your example
  • Past success with managing budgets and increasing net operating income
  • The ability to manage a sales team to success by exceeding team and individual goals
  • Experience coaching and evaluating employee performance
  • Experience using computer applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Internet Explorer, and the ability to learn and utilize our property management software
  • Willingness to work non-traditional hours including nights, weekends and holidays based on the business needs
